October 05: Fall Chef Showcase & Brewing Experience

Maplewood Senior Living will be an exhibiting vendor at a “Chef Showcase” on Sunday, October 5th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clock Tower Grill - 512 Clock Tower Commons Dr., Brewsterin the Hudson Valley, NY region which will highlight local farms, restaurants featuring farm fresh menus, and local wines, and more.  Maplewood Chefs, led by our very own Ron Pascoe will be showcased in with the rest of these high end restaurants and wineries, as well as farmers at this special event. 

      Rogues On The Road presents, "Fall Chef Showcase & Brewing Experience" featuring creative bites prepared by area chefs, who've been challenged to utilize a local sustainable ingredient, kathadin sheep. Live home brew tasting and presentation, sampling of local wine, cider & spirits, and music by ACME TRIO. 

      Meet Putnam County's own Matt & Rich, hosts of the exciting new culinary adventure and travel show, Rogues on the Road, as they partner with Clock Tower GrillEvan's and Evan's Farm and The Simple Brewer

    2. Maplewood at Newtown offers an ongoing support group for families and friends of people affected by Alzheimer's and dementia. Join us in this safe and caring space where people touched by Alzheimer's and dementia. Join us in this safe and caring space where people touched by Alzheimer's and related dementia can learn more about the disease, share concerns and ideas, express their feelings, and hear about advances in research and advocacy. Our group is facilitated by professionals experienced with dementia, and everyone is welcome...especially family members and caregivers.

      Respite care is available during support group meetings for families needing assistance with their loved one. Please call Patricia at 203-426-8118 for advanced reservations.
